New SAA Bootcamp & Strategic Planning 101 Workshop (Nov. 2023)

This in-person workshop blends the fundamentals of our Strategic Planning 101 workshop with our New SAA Bootcamp for a two-day learning experience. This course is perfect for state administering agencies (SAAs) and their staff who may be brand new to their positions and is intended to orient individuals to the role of the SAA, important resources available to SAAs, key components to know for the administration of Byrne JAG and Byrne SCIP, and steps to creating a comprehensive strategic plan.
