This virtual workshop blends the fundamentals of our Strategic Planning 101 workshop with our New SAA Bootcamp for a two-day learning experience. This course is perfect for State Administering Agency (SAA) staff who may be brand new to their positions. It is intended to orient individuals to the role of the SAA, important resources available to SAAs, key components to know for the administration of Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (Byrne JAG) and Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program (Byrne SCIP) funding and steps to create a comprehensive strategic plan.
